Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN™)

Schedule an introductory meeting

The BPMN™ training offers two courses: Introductory BPMN Course and Advanced BPMN Course.

Participants will learn:

  • which is a process,
  • What is the role of process modeling within organizations,
  • and how to model processes effectively.
The course emphasizes a practical subset of BPMN™ 2.0 symbols that allow students to create complex real-world process models without unnecessary complexity.

Decision Model and Notation (DMN™)

Schedule an introductory meeting

DMN™ training consists of a single course that goes from introductory to intermediate level.

Participants will learn:

  • What the role of modeling decision rules is within organizations,
  • How decisions should be modeled, including FEEL,
  • and how decisions of processes should be intercepted.
The course covers Decision Requirement Diagrams (DRD): decision tables with single and multiple hit policies as well as the basics of Friendly Enough Expression Language (FEEL).
