Professional Legal Analysis
How to Apply Legal Analysis in Practice [3 days]
With Legal analysis, we offer a solution for converting complex laws and regulations into a logical, formal model. This makes laws understandable and applicable for both people and computers. In this workshop, we’ll share our knowledge and experience with this approach and the tools used in practice.
Why Get Started with Legal Analysis?
Being fully compliant with all applicable laws is a major undertaking. These compliance activities are time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially given the complexity of the laws, which are also constantly changing. Correctly interpreting legislation and integrating it accurately into business processes and policies—including full traceability back to the relevant legislation—is therefore essential.
That is precisely the challenge we help address in practice through Legal analysis. When a law is amended, we can specify exactly which specific processes and rules are affected by the changes, allowing us to update procedures, upgrade systems, and train employees with confidence.
We do this by converting the textual laws and regulations into a knowledge model that can then be consulted for all of these purposes. In this way, we ensure that compliance does not pose a risk but, on the contrary, keeps the organization flexible.
Why this workshop?
Our expertise: PNA develops, in collaboration with partners from the field, the most recent method of the Legal analysis approach.
