What will you learn in this workshop?

You will learn how to set up high-quality BPMN 2.0, DMN and FBM models in a prescriptive manner.
You learn to draw up clear functional requirements that are easy for the business to understand and validate.
You will learn how to link the models to relevant source documents in laws and regulations and/or your internal policy documents.
You learn to make connections between process, data, rules and semantics according to the PNA guidelines, so that you have an integral view of your knowledge.
You will learn how to question domain experts, consult knowledge sources and determine impact.
