Finance & Administration manager

PNA Group is looking for a dynamic and reliable Finance and Administration manager who is hands-on, flexible and has financial and administrative knowledge.

Tasks

The role is very diverse and broad and ideally suited to someone who is flexible, pragmatic and keen to develop in the areas of finance/administration, personnel & organisation and management.

Some of the activities:

  • Financial administration (largely with the help of AFAS) in cooperation with the accountant
  • HRM, pensions and insurance
  • Legal affairs
  • Development and optimisation of business processes (e.g. financial, HRM, CRM, projects)
  • Sparring partner of management

Who are we looking for?

React if you are that all-rounder with:

  • A completed education (HBO or university) in the field of business economics, business administration or related studies
  • Good knowledge of, and experience with, business finance, including bookkeeping
  • At least affinity with HRM, CRM, project portfolio management and legal issues
  • Experience in the use of AFAS ERP software or able to quickly make this your own
  • Analytically strong and proactive
  • A hands-on mentality, but also the skills to lead
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The desire to work at least 4 days a week

Business Analyst / Consultant (Junior)

Tasks

As a Business Analyst/Consultant, you translate the wishes and requirements of the customer into clear business requirements. This involves achieving optimal results with attention to functionality, (data) architecture, performance and integration with other (additional) platforms. You are also capable of (eventually) taking product ownership of one of the PNA software products. You work as an analyst and modeller in projects for (inter)national organisations. In this way, you support our clients in transforming their business objectives into concrete processes, business rules and information flows, with the accompanying services and tooling. In short: a challenging job with a lot of responsibility and development opportunities in an organisation that is in full swing.

Who are we looking for?

For this challenging position we are looking for a person who:

  • Has completed an HBO/WO education.
  • Has very good analytical and communication skills.
  • Good command of the Dutch and preferably also the English language, orally and in writing.

Tasks

As a Business Analyst/Consultant you translate the wishes and demands of the customer into clear and structured business requirements. As an analyst, you will participate in projects for national and international organisations. You support our clients in transforming their business objectives into structured and concrete processes, business rules and information flows, with the accompanying services and tooling. In short: a challenging position with a lot of responsibility and development opportunities in an organisation that is a thought leader in the field of business analysis.

Who are we looking for?

For this challenging position we are looking for a medior or senior candidate who:

  • has completed an exact or analytical study, computer science or information science at HBO/WO level.
  • Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Has very good analytical skills.
  • In addition, has effective communication skills.
  • Good command of the Dutch and preferably also the English language, orally and in writing.
  • Can empathise well with the client's playing field and can also move in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work with passion and have a passion for our methods.
