iKnow day 2024

The iKnow Day is the annual event where iKnow users and interested parties and the team behind PNA's iKnow suite meet.
Knowledge, experiences and new plans and ideas for the future of the iKnow suite and its use are shared here.

Programme

The day's program is aimed at both experienced iKnow users as well as those interested who are not yet using iKnow.

In the morning we will organize parallel sessions for both groups:

• In the session for new users, we will give an introduction to the idea behind iKnow, the methods CogNIAM and Law Analysis and look at what possibilities iKnow offers for supporting these in practice based on examples. 
• In the session for existing users, we will present new functionalities of iKnow, our plans for the future of the suite and there is plenty of room to discuss this and give input for the further development of iKnow.

In the afternoon, we will continue together and cover the following topics:

• Current Developments in Law & Law Analysis Method:
  • The Policy Compass (BZK), which pays much attention to Implementation-oriented Legislation, which is based on the Law Analysis philosophy.
  • The JRM 2, Legal Reference Model 2 and legal scenarios as effective and efficient tools in applying Agile Law Implementation in executive practice.
• Training in Law Analysis & Knowledge Modeling:
  • Info on the status and progress of the "Digital Translations" program in which Law Analysis / Agile Law Implementation plays an important role.
  • Presentation on the Associate Degree Knowledge Modeling at AVANS University of Applied Sciences, based on the CogNIAM method.
  • Further developments at curriculum HvA on Knowledge Modeling.
• Update on Data Science / AI developments:
  • Overview of Master projects carried out in the past period. 
  • A look inside: examples of AI support in iKnow under development. 
  • Information about our new Data Science and AI workshops.

Throughout the day, the program will include plenty of room for exchanging knowledge and experiences and networking.
